We only use thoroughly vetted, sub-contractors and specialist sub-contractors for groundworks and electrical works etc.

FULLY ACCREDITED, CERTIFIED AND INSURED

We are MCS, Heat Pump Federation, Ground Source Heat Pump Association, TrustMark and RECC certified - marks of quality which demonstrate adherence to recognised industry and service standards; highlighting quality, competency and compliance in low-carbon products and renewable installations.

We are fully insured and offer further protections with Deposit Protection and Guarantee Insurance via HIP (Home Improvement Protection).

Our business and engineers are accredited by OFTEC for heat pump and oil-fired installation work - we are a Registered Renewable Heating Business, meaning our certified work benefits from OFTEC’s free workmanship warranty.

We are also Gas Safe registered for domestic gas installations.

We've provided you with a full quote and optional extras (where applicable). But if the unexpected happens, we'll discuss any additional works with you first and should you wish to add extras as the project progresses, we'll take the time to ensure you are fully appraised of any costs arising.
